Leadership is not reducible to telling others what to do and expecting those things to happen, but good leadership manifests in four dimensions: leading self, leading others, leading change, and leading an organization. A better understanding of those areas can help foster the ability to lead well, not only within the context of business but within any field where leadership is needed.
