Take a trip with your peers in Central's developing International Department to see other companies who already actively import and export, and experience an international trade show to asses markets and competitors! Learn to initiate and maintain an import/export venture with the team and explore distribution options, discovering what to look for in partners home and abroad.
Shadow Central's IT Manager, Catherine Serda, as she determines the necessary amount of money to allocate toward software upgrades. This course will see you working with the IT team and other departments as they explore valuation methods, means of funding, and ways to recover costs.
