Intern with Central Products' HR Manager, Anne Chavez, as you explore each facet of what it takes to work in the field of Human Resources. A wonderful review of the fundamentals or an overview for first-time learners, this course covers everything from legal issues to motivating employees through leadership and team-building. You will familiarize yourself with the hiring process, from pre-employment through retirement or termination, and assist Ms. Chavez as she navigates through everyday HR issues like globalization, unions, and OSHA regulations.
This course hones in on the intricacies of business operations in Europe. While shadowing the International Business Team as they research market potential on the continent, you will help analyze Central’s product strength abroad in hopes of limiting the barriers to entry of the markets chosen.
