Characteristics of Effective Leadership: Checking the Pulse
Est. Study Time: 1 hours
The heart of leadership is located within the "hearts" of leaders, themselves. Much like the physical organ, the leader's heart can vary in its health. The purpose of this course is twofold: to adequately display the importance of the leader's heart and to explain how to appropriately care for it. Worth 2 PDCs (SHRM).
Understand what it means for values to be important in effective leadership
Know the importance of celebrating contributions and creating organizational community
Become familiar with the power of expectations for good leadership
Learn how encouraging employees contributes to a healthy organizational culture and greater efficiency
